Customer, market, and research leadership.
About
I combine research discipline with senior judgment.
For more than 20 years, I have helped leaders make sense of difficult customer and market questions across technology, telecom, entertainment, gaming, and communications.

Where I add the most value
More information does not automatically create clarity.
I am most useful when the question is important, the evidence is incomplete, and the organization has more information than clarity. I combine research discipline with strategic judgment to determine what the evidence means, where the real uncertainty lies, and what leaders should do next.
I bring together customer research, market data, competitive intelligence, and real behavior. My work has informed go-to-market plans, product direction, customer experience, growth strategy, innovation, and research-led thought leadership.
I have advised marketing, product, strategy, innovation, and communications stakeholders, including work that shaped innovation at a global entertainment company and cloud gaming at a major gaming company.

Why decision-first
A technically sound study can still miss the decision.
My approach begins by defining the choice, the stakeholders, the constraints, and the cost of getting it wrong. Only then do I determine which evidence is already useful and which research would materially improve the answer.
A conventional research engagement may end with findings. I stay focused on synthesis, implications, tradeoffs, recommendation, and the leadership conversation required to act on the evidence.

Curiosity continues after the meeting ends.
I use AI when it strengthens the work and human judgment when context matters most. I do my best work when the problem is ambiguous and the stakes are real.
